Hey everyone,

i just wanted to ask whats the best way to start experimenting with loathing? Is it possible to download a basic tutorial on basic map making?

There are many ways to go about it. Some take a look at a tutorial of some kind. If that's what you wish to do, go to the following site and do a search on mapmaking or something more specific.

Others mess with Fear and Loathing on their own. Experiment here and there and load Myth and see what happens. Get familiar with the tools and how things work. Fear and Loathing come with some documentation that tells you more about them. Or you can go to the following links if you didn't choose to save them when installing Fear and Loathing.

It is missing a few things in there... Fear is missing morale and might just be that can't remember.

If you have more questions about mapmaking it is best to ask them in the Project Magma forums where more mapmakers are likely to answer you than in here.
