Well, you took care of Step 1 by registering here.
You next step is to grab the Myth II 1.6 update.
You can grab it from here, here or here.
Once you have that installed, on the multiplayer login screen, along the bottom of the screen is a button labelled "Servers... ", click that and select Mariusnet.
Now just type your username and password from here into Myth II and log in.
