Lately I've been looking for two things 1.mapeditor1 for windows which I can't seem to find anywhere and 2.A decent physics editor that runs on windows or is for windows I heard theres one on fileball but at the moment there server is down. any help or suggestions are welcome THANK YOU!

Anvil and Forge were (afaik) Mac only applications.
'PhysicsEditorOne' is a Windows physics editor for Windows. It used to be available from the fileball website, but with that down if you can't find it anywhere else you could poke around ftp://ftp2.fileball.net/fileball/marathon and see if you can find it there.
