Option C works for me.
That's also why we tend to coop exclusively - since that brand of play doesn't usually attract the element we're trying to avoid.
Truth be told - the best times I've had with myth were large, random, two-team and t-ffa games with CP, fs, civil, BMF, GfH, etc. Many in attendance were admins, and if some dorks showed up and started acting up beyond tolerable levels - we'd jump on our admin accounts, then boot him from the server for the night.
Abuse of power? - yeah. We always reasoned that that's exactly what they wanted/needed anyway, and we could get back to fun.
Nowadays - we have mute and wank - which essentially do the same thing. Untoward and unwelcome behavior in chat lobbies has been part of online gaming since it began.
Persistent trolling, which annoys folks and drives them away from the game is mostly a consequence of a having a free server that allows people to create an unlimited number of free accounts.
I'd be willing to pay an annual fee for access to a moderated or restricted room that might be good to bring friends and family to.
