Taking from the teachings of god cops' tiered rating system, and some pointers from Godzfire's Next-Gen mazzers list of old, I have created the most up-to-date and comprehensive rating system for most of the known active mazzers today. This should clarify a lot of confusion today in the hierarchy of the talent of the current mazz community. Enjoy.

Top Tier - Tier 1 - The Next-Next-Gen Mazz Masters (term coined by Godzfire)

These guys were part of the teams that are as of yet the only group to beat any difficulty above normal on the newest mazz version. And they did it all in 1 weekend. Enough said. They are the mazz-world-equivalent of 5 ballers on the mwc championship team.

GKG
Dac
Flick
HMP
DonKi
Gamer

Tier 2 - The Last-Last-Gen Mazzers

These guys have been around mazzing for a while, often all day every day, many of the most active mazzers today. However despite all their time spent mazzing, they can't seem to produce results in the form of actual wins as well as the top-most-group. They are a proud group of players that may or may not realize their true place in the mazz world.

Spa - this guy has made so many mistakes that his name became a verb for any sort of mazz-related team-killing mistakes.
Pyro
Wismuth
Scratch - this guy has made so many mistakes that his name replaced spa's name as a verb for the same thing, and for the same reasons.
Demolition
a bunch of others

Tier 3 - The Never-was-a-Gen Mazzers

Most of the players that Godzfire listed in his original post of Next-Gen Mazzers over a year ago, actually belong in this 3rd, and lowest of category mazzers, the only real exception being HMP who is listed in the top-most category. Godzfire seemed to have missed the mark quite a bit. These are the kind of players who are usually not even invited to play in the games hosted by the 2nd-tier players.

Godzfire
CreamyCowboy - this guy will only take 1 unit in the game and somehow still manage to lose it without saying a word to anyone. I call him the Mazz-Houdini, the units you give him just seem to disappear like some sort of mazz-magic.
Gholiath
Redux / Pacer
Steele
a bunch of others

Did I miss someone? Want to see more mazzer threat assessments? Please let me know! I can keep this list updated for everyone's quickest, most reliable, mazz-talent-referencing needs. I am here for you all.

Alright I hope that clarifies things for everyone, if anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to notify me and I will promptly address such questions and concerns, as I take this as a very serious matter. Your questions and concerns will be taken in the order in which they are received. Thank you.

small change, cream is usually invited to the games.

you may have to make a 4th tier for a more accurate list though, maybe even a 5th.

Pow®up, #10 mazz challenge ladder, player on most of the mazz versions first legendary wins.

I would like to see team mental together again to play this. Wismuth is that good but not playing right now. What unit did hmp play when you beat legend on 1.71? He was not playing big units when he played with us, I think this is the deciding factor perhaps.

sry powrup, you have had no success in the newest and by-far most difficult mazz version. Try the new version then we'll talk.

And TA for dac - the only guy who comes close to being as OCD as I at calling every mundane thing in game. Also close on the scoreboard for [blam] teammate eye-rolling caused from aforementioned OCD.

btw the blam is the word c-u-m-u-l-a-t-i-v-e

lol at how it blams that

this ta made me c-u-m-u-l-a-t-i-v-e (ly feel nothing) in my panties, but really, it was horribly unimaginative and mundane... so much so that i feel compelled to TA gkg.

gkg might actually be a decent mazzer if he didnt drift off into a happy daze by dreaming of taking the tosh.o viagra / nsfw challenge every 15 minutes or so. he has the personality and voice of the boss from office space and happens to call out threats in the exact same manner leading to the aforementioned rolling eye syndrome. if he spent as much time helping his allies as he did whining about their meaningless mistakes, his win rate might even approach that of powrupgru. I'm awarding gkg 3 balls (including the 2 on his chin)

and clearly im referring to a dimple chin.. yeah....

I am sorry paris and morgoth, I know you both secretly want a mazz TA from me but it just cannot happen unless you actually play the newest mazz.

lol at swapping tier 1 with tier 2. They are still working on leg, using 2x the people, 'nuf said.

Are there any other questions or concerns that need to be addressed? I take this matter very seriously.

Phex - he has recently become notorious in reg myth, his teammates routinely shouting out "we've been phexed." You can expect the same from him in mazz. Tier 3

Industry - I don't think he has even played the newest mazz version, and I am not sure if he ever will. It is probably too hard for him. Tier 3

Adren - much like winning big 1v1 tournament, adren simply doesn't have what it takes to win in mazz. tier-nothing due to non-participation, but for the sake of speculation we will say honorary tier 2.

when i asked for my victory pizza scratch said he meant that it was actually roadkill. I told him I would have my address ready when he collected said roadkill and had it ready to ship.

Of course when I asked for this spa decided to perma ban me from vent, lol. I dont think I'll be getting my pizza any time soon, although I did order pizza the night we won leg. I would say its by coincidence but subconsciously I knew we'd beat it so having pizza around that night was just a good idea.

tirri didn't even play in the "last" 1v1 tourney

in other news, adren also likes to make up a lot of things in a fit of repression to protect his fragile ego.

ah yes, paris' joke of a tournament that never even got off the ground. I even offered for anyone to play me and there were no takers as expected. Such is the curse of my reputation. That wasn't the last tournament seeing as it was a complete joke. Here was the last tournament.

http://iutgea32.free.fr/index.php?title=1v1_Tournament_2010#Brackets

That sweeping 3-0 loss to me must have been such a traumatic experience for you that you just repressed it to block it from your memory. I do apologize, I did not intend to traumatize you so.

Why would that be? I offered it, my way of supporting the competitive myth, and I might do it again this year. That doesn't even make any sense.

I was like Rocky Balboa in the beginning of Rocky 3. Won too many times, I wasn't hungry anymore.

Apparently you really needed the money tho, so I hope you didn't spend it all in one place.

It was worth it just to see you dodge 1v1ing me for going on 6+ months now. Not the sign of a true champion my friend.

100 dollars will help with your tuition? exactly what college are you going to? and how are you still going to school?

Yea i am squirming bro. I had to practically pull your teeth just to get you to play me for a chance at real money, so yea it is pretty obvious you are dodging me worse than tirri.

I will keep going around challenging anyone to 1v1. I am just manly like that. Meanwhile you can go hide in the corner and whisper sweet nothings to yourself about how you are a champ that never won any big 1v1 tournament.
