While banning people may work, it does not solve the problem of when these troubled individuals join games from guest accounts and continue with their wicked activities. One name I will mention is someone that people referred to as "kirk". A myth regular, no doubt, who made it his mission to lambast me in the lobby as well as refusing to distribute units when captain. When I told the host, Phex, that he was not giving me units, Phex kindly told him to distribute units. This kirk fellow, under guest account #25960, set up a situation where all the units were going to be killed, then passed them all off to me right before they were massacred. Hilarious to be sure, but a clear violation of m.net rules. When I asked Phex to boot the troublemaker, I was told to play with him or get booted. I refused to check in ready, and was subsequently booted. This capitulation only serves to hamper the efforts of administrators who try to keep people honest.
