I realize that rewriting history is a fun pasttime, but "Personal Vendetta"? I really don't even remember who you are. I recognize your login, but that's about it. Is there some reason I should remember you?

fyi, I am not aware of any case where an admin's ban of a player has been overruled or rescinded by 'upper management'.

It's not an 'oxymoron' at all, an oxymoron is two contradictory things, like 'jumbo shrimp', you might have meant that it's 'redundant' to say 'rewriting history' since writing history is always about the past, but that's not what the words or phrase I used means, and failed attempts at using big words aside, I am sure you probably knew that.

The fact that I don't remember you, and that you were banned only once for only a week, indicates that there was clearly no 'personal vendetta'. If you don't believe me, look up the meaning of 'vendetta' and get back to me.

If by 'whisper' you mean you were talking via private chat in the lobby or whispering to teammates during a game, then you are not correct about why you were banned. The only reason you would have been banned for comments made in a private conversation would be if you were harassing or threatening someone and that person complained to an admin, and unless you broke some other mariusnet rule in the process, you weren't banned for "supporting kirk's position", no one gets banned just for supporting another player's position, or for disagreeing with an admin, or with mariusnet policies.

If you don't like me asking you what you mean or trying to guess what you mean, try using only words you know the meaning of so you can communicate your point or opinion clearly.

At this point I really have no idea what you are talking about. You don't need to explain or reply, because from your rambling and random comments on this topic and other comments you've made on the forums, it's apparent you don't have a complaint about anything specific that you are just venting about random things.

But as always, if you ever feel an admin is not performing his or her admin responsibilities properly, you are welcome to raise the issue to ppe.
