try being a bit more specific. if you mean you are trying to make teams of light and dark on multiplayer maps, you have to edit them in loathing to change units around. but remember, in most cases of even number of units, unless the player is really bad, light usually has the advantage.
no i meant light vs dark as in single player meshes played online where one player would assume the role of the normal set of light units and the other player would be in control of the antagonist dark side.
the old trick does not work any more. so what you have to do is go into fear, open the meshes and change them from single player coop to multiplayer. although, there already is a light vs dark plugin, but the scripting was taken out of all the maps. just search "lvsd" on the tain
1. open fear 2. go to your mesh tags 3. open any coop/single player mesh such as willow creek aka 01 village 4. on the bottom left, you should see an area called "flags" uncheck the "single player map" option to make it multiplayer.
and what you should to is delete the scripting via loathing so team 2 doesnt have to fight against the script.
you might also want to do some game-type editing, such as on "24 battle 2" set soulblighter and alric as assassin units. and you will need to add in koth flags, lmoth flags. those are under scenery in loathing. "netgame...."
