How to host for Marathon

Hey guys, i need a step-by-step guide for hosting on Marathon. This would include Port forwarding and such. I'm on a MAC computer and my router is a NETGEAR range max WPN824v3. PLEASE DO NOT RECOMMEND PORTFORWARD.COM! i've been there and no dice. Once i'm able to host i'll be on a LOT more. This would benefit anyone wishing to play. Thanks guys, and please reply fast.

Your router manual has directions on enabling UPnP. Turn that on, and enable the "Configure UPnP Router" checkbox when gathering in Aleph One, and you're set.

Yes, you can play and host on Mac OSX.

I'm using a Time Capsule and I can't find any way to enable UPnP. Help?

Sadly, Time Capsules don't support UPnP. Apple chose not to support it, going with NAT-PMP instead, which Aleph One does not yet support.

There's no way to host if you don't know how to use the router you presumably own. It should have come with a manual, if not there are sites like portforward.com.

i have had this computer FOR A WHILE.
in fact it isnt even mine, i have pretty much NO IDEA WHAT A ROUTER IS EXEPT FOR THE FACT TAT IT IS A ROUTER.

If you're unwilling to acquire the knowledge that enables you to host, then you can't host. It's pretty simple.

i have Mac OSX and some1 said online that UPnP is not supported by Mac OS*enter number here*
