...again, if zak says he has more than 1 account on myth isn't that in it's self a serious breach of rules, this once happened to me on PM they banned my bro's account cuz my dad's(inquisitor) account mine and his were all coming from same IP...
A few thoughts
- If everyone who has multiple accounts is banned, the lobbies will be just about (if not 100%) empty.
- Currently, having more than one account is not by itself grounds for banning or other admin action against a player, it is how the multiple accounts are used that determines whether a player gets gagged/booted/banned or not.
- This is not playmyth, mnet is not run by the same people who ran playmyth. What happened on playmyth is not a good indicator of what will happen on mnet.
Also: from the rules page
"...if the need arises to lock a player's account, it is our general policy to lock all of that player's accounts. In effect, we lock players, not accounts. This is because the account is not the source of the problem, the person using the account is. Therefore, if your account is blammed for something, do not be surprised if all of your accounts are likewise locked."

i used to think zak was alright...
the swearing and angryness came AFTER he suicided and then denied it, then admitted it unwittingly on the forums, no he is not a production of the abuse the abuse is a product of him...
(i don't dislike people without a good reason- in this case suiciding) I note your own anger in this thread with regards to accusations that you suicided. Yet you expect Zak to respond calmly to such accusations. You are guilty of being a hypocrite sir.

I'll admit I will blow up a teammates units out of frustration if they are doing something extremely stupid, or maybe launch a BoP ball to the other team for lul. But come on dude, so many people suicide on this server, many have done it more than I, but I'm treated like some kind of serial-suicider. Maybe if you could provide evidence (game history) that I do it constantly this could be considered a problem. Really you're just mad that I own you in games, and then rub it in your face. I barely even play with you and yet you act like I ruin your myth experience. Clearly I am just SO good at this game that people can't handle it, and I must be removed from the server or they will go down in the rankings. My main 3 detractors are absolut, adren, and gkg, its no coincidence they are ranked 3, 4, and 5 in the leaderboards. If all I did was suicide what would they care. The truth is I target these players in ffas and kill them, lowering their rank. That is why they refuse to check in to games that I am in, convincing the host to boot me because thats the popular thing to do. Notice how players who don't even know me put on the tag "ban zak" because its trendy. Hating zak is just a fad and it will pass, people.

Here is how I arrived at my statement that Morgoth wanted Zak to respond calmly:
Morgoth stated in his post, "I used to think Zak was alright... then the SWEARING AND ANGRYNESS came after he suicided." Then he made the point of suggesting that because of Zak's reactions, he gets abuse heaped upon him. What is part of Zak's reactions - "SWEARING AND ANGRYNESS." If that was not part of Zak's reactions - then there would be no need for Morgoth to enumerate "SWEARING AND ANGRYNESS" in a clause which is then affected by the dependent clause at the end of the sentence.
Then, based upon how the sentence was meant to be read, I made the deduction that if Zak responded differently, there would be no abuse heaped upon him. What is part of Zak responding differently? Instead of 'angryness' and swearing - Zak reacts in an opposite manner - calmly.
I also resent you launching broad personal attacks upon my character based upon this post. To defend Zak is to receive heaps of abuse upon your person. Yet, you guys are trying to state that Zak is the one harassing you.
The only harassment that's being done here is on Zak, and people who defend him.

First off Zak is correct. There is a difference between making an observation based upon a divergence of views, and the attack you made with no real basis in the post!

If someone says one thing and does another - that is hypocrisy. I pointed that out in my post. I did not call Morgoth, stupid, dumbass, idiot, etc. I merely made an observation about his post.
By calling me stupid, you are going beyond the text at hand and making a broad assertion based upon what might be at worst, a misunderstanding.
That is a personal attack.
