Does anyone have the map in the screenshots at the bottom of this page or any other lost TFL maps?

I thought this was M2 then realized my mistake, but would suggest that most maps like this were probably left out for a reason.

I re-worked one of Bungie's M2 lost maps and it was originally a mess. Another of the M2 lost maps is playable in sections but has a couple of flaws in playability that only reveal themselves after playing a few times.

There's always the option of making your own map that has some of the features you see there. The advantage of this is that you can then make adjustments after playing until you get it "just right".

My two cents. \:\)

In this case I think it was probably because it was their test map and the colourmap wasn't drawn with any artistic consideration...
