Nice photoshopping, but playing on such a small screen with little controls would be uncontrolled carnage.

Alas, it'd probably create some new carpal-tunnel-syndrome from all that finger tapping.

"Nubs Syndrome" or something, where the tip of your index fingers gradually harden and wear away.


But it'd be fun in the meantime. ;\)

I sort of think it could work. Camera rotation by tilting the phone. Select and Deselect all by shaking it. Pan with finger drag and zoom in and out with fingers as normal photo interaction. Then you add a hotspot that when you put your finger on you turn on "unit selection". Now you can tap or double-tap units. Tap the map to zoom it fullscreen. You'd never have the control to compete with a keyboard but it'd still totally rock!

There is one step beyond even this. Yes, it's Myth Shuffle. You can't actually see any of the game play, but you can have all of the fun of hearing the slaughter that results from completely random, blind gameplay...

The Atari version is pretty awesome. Nice photoshop work. It really looks like a version that might have existed. I can only think of one thing more primitive:

Great book to have simply for a reference to the Myth universe btw. I suppose the only thing more basic would be Myth Lego (although there's a plugin for that) or Myth action figures. Shiver-Barbie anyone?
