I prefer TFL dorfs...I like the unpredictablity of the lil' buggers. Well, I dud more in TFL than SB.
I am biased..I prefer TFL of SB anyday.

i prefer tfl duffs cause of the increased randomness provided by the higher percentage of duds and increased chance of a bounce rather than an explosion. It makes the game a little less predictable and i'm inclined to say that it also provides for a bit more tactical finesse as you have to take into account the possibility of duds and bounces etc.

Also, molotov [blam] can be propelled by fetch lightning in TFL which makes them inherently superior.

Of course, all of this applies to vTFL as well.

the filter is a little overzealous... i can't say coktails...

I always found TFL more interesting to play - you never knew when a dorf would dud and you'd have to plan accordingly, but I mostly played co-ops, I could see how a dud in a large team game that cost you the win could be frustrating.

And well placed duds could really come in handy on maps such as Across the Gjol and Shadow, being able to get a pile of duds was considered an artform by some (:

If you want a dorf that "just works" and rewards your twitch skills, you'll prefer the myth 2 version. If you'd rather be entertained by the odd burst of random hilarity and/or you think dwarves are overpowered in myth 2, you'll prefer TFL duffs.

TFL dorfs anytime of the day. M2 dorfs is too die or do and the range increase by height makes them overpowered in some maps/situatuions (see "dead man's" map with hero dorfs... you can't do anything when they go mid on the hill).

Long live the TFL dorfs...I prefer the TFl duff's cose they're the unpredictable and thus there harder to use. But when i think of the bounciness of the bottles and the diff method of throwing them i remember the good TFL day's, and the good solo lvl's like "the 5 champions"...

ya not sure what they were thinking when it came to m3 dwarfs.... they waddle like ewoks from starwars ..... tfl
dwarfs seems to kill more friendly units so .... i like m2 since they make me suck less at myth...
